Industrial Marketing Consulting, Coaching and Training
We don’t compete with you but augment and amplify your own skill set to become better at marketing to engineers and industrial buyers.
Industrial marketing consulting versus coaching
It is important to understand the difference. As consultants, we use our 25+ years of proven experience and expertise in industrial marketing to provide you solutions, quickly and efficiently.
As a coach or trainer, we take the time to ask relevant questions to understand your strengths, identify areas that need improvement and then help you maximize your skills to succeed in industrial marketing.
It’s like the old Chinese proverb, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
Industrial marketing consulting
You have a marketing problem or a question; you want practical advice and answers that you can apply quickly. You want someone with an insider’s knowledge and an outsider’s objectivity who can point you in the right direction immediately.
We are your “on call” virtual industrial marketing department.
Example of deliverables:
- Assessment of your marketing problem
- Recommendations and solutions
- Do independent research if required
- Help you implement our solutions or do them for you (Additional costs apply if we implement)
- Review your work and suggest refinements
- Measure results (Analytics)
- Explain the data from our reports for you to take proactive business decisions
- Monthly conference call and online meeting
- Online meetings are recorded and provided to you for future reference
Deliverables will be tailored to fit your needs. Industrial marketing consulting is provided on an ongoing monthly retainer which starts at $4,400 per month.
The retainer fee is based on the scope of work and is determined during the free 30-minute consultation and before you sign the annual retainer agreement.
What makes me such an expert?
The expert we are referring to here is our founder, Achinta Mitra.
According to the 10,000-Hour Rule suggested by Malcolm Gladwell, the author of the wildly successful book “Outliers: The Story of Success,” the key to success in any field has nothing to do with talent. It’s simply practice, 10,000 hours of it—20 hours a week for 10 years.
By that yardstick, I am an expert with more than 50,000 hours of practice under my belt as a full-time industrial marketer for 25+ years.
